Each product at House of Kala Chitra is either made-to-order or carefully curated. We request you to read the product details and descriptions before placing your order.

  • All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • We do not offer returns for custom-made wallpapers or art prints unless the item is received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

If your product is damaged or incorrect:

  1. Please email us at houseofkalachitra@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photographs of the damaged/incorrect item, and unboxing (if possible).

  3. Once verified, we will either:

    • Replace the item, or

    • Issue a credit note for the amount paid (valid for 6 months).

If the value of your replacement order is higher than the issued credit note, the difference will be payable at checkout.

Pickup for Replacements

We offer free reverse pickup from most serviceable areas in case of damaged or incorrect deliveries. If your location is outside our reverse logistics network, we’ll guide you on the next best steps manually via email.
