House of Kala Chitra is committed to delivering your chosen wallpapers and wall artworks with care, creativity, and timely service. Each order is packed with intention, and in most cases, includes a small note about the artwork or design inspiration — we hope you enjoy the story behind your piece.

We ship throughout the week, excluding weekends and public holidays. To ensure reliable and secure delivery, we partner with reputed logistics providers. If your area isn’t serviceable by regular courier partners, please write to us at houseofkalachitra@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to assist you.

By shopping with the House of Kala Chitra, you agree to the following policies.

Shipping Charges

• Within India: Delivery charges are included in the product price — no additional fees at checkout for standard orders.

• Outside India: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and total weight/volume of your order.
  For international orders, additional customs duties or handling fees (including wood treatment, local taxes, etc.) may apply. These are not controlled by us and will be payable by the buyer directly at the time of delivery.

• All delivery charges are non-refundable.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Ready-to-ship products: Usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.

• Customized pieces (bespoke wallpapers or commissioned art): Dispatched within 7–12 working days, depending on the scope of the design and production schedule.

You’ll receive an order summary and estimated delivery date via email once your order is confirmed.
